Now Available: Clock-In Consoles for Private and Public Agencies

This new all-steel encased employee clock-in unit uses a Windows 7 OS system to run the Cambo-Clock biometric identification software with a U.are.U 4500 finger print scanner but with more sophisticated touch screen functions. The powder-coated corrosion-proof steel cabinet with double-lock is designed to withstand extreme stress and deliberate malicious vandalism. Other hardware are also stored such as power supply back-up, router, replacement cameras, finger scanner. The unit can be color-matched to fit the installation environment. The touch-screen sizes may vary according to manufacturer sizes.

This one-piece unit captures the employee/attendance information which is sent by VPN (virtual private network) to a remote server. It also has an additional security feature: overhead surveillance dome-camera which records the actual physical activity done on and around the stationary unit . This add-on security measure serves as a deterrent against deliberate attempts to tamper or damage the system.

Currently recommended as the best investment in human resource monitoring with 40% more efficiency and 40% less cost than human personnel systems.

Prior custom-made prototype units made for testing the software in selected locations were immediately vandalized upon the first few weeks. Higher security measures and stronger hardware casing were required to be able to deploy the units in factories and govenrment offices without requiring a security guard to monitor clock-in activities.

Ready to Deploy: Cambodian National ID Card Database Application Software

Mayintell Technologies Co., Ltd. has recently completed the Cambodian National ID Card Database Application after two years of hard development work which began in 2009.

The software features Cross platform (Mac and PC) Khmer Unicode 2.0 and English text field codes. It features dropdown menus for Cambodia's 24 Cities and Provinces with listed Khan and Sangkat (district and municipality). Custom Boolean searches can be ordered on-the-spot with a 3-4 level elimination to narrow down search options. Code writing for specific searches are not necessary at all.

Alongside the Cambodian National ID Card Database Application is a proposed model design for the Cambodian National ID Card which features Biometric recognition, double unique value identification, data-encrypted 2d barcodes, holographic lamination, four-color 800 dpi dye-sublimation printing technology with no embedded Data Chip.

The Police Academy of Cambodia- Database Management System and Central Server

Mayintell Technologies Co., Ltd. has recently completed the Central Database Servers for the Police Academy of Cambodia- the educational branch of the Ministry of Interior of Cambodia.

The first database system of its kind in any Cambodian government agency, the PAC Central Database and Server is a cross-platform database system (accessible through Mac OS and Windows) that provides levels of security according to privilege access, with remote capabilities through a Virtual Private Network.

The database is Khmer Unicode 2.0 compliant, searchable in both English and Cambodian script. With text, spreadsheet, record-making, directory, biometric and other custom

applications, the PAC Central Database Server will be able to read SQL and Oracle data and is planned to be linkable with any government agency database in the future.

The Database Servers and Management Systems Project included, rack server hardware, site installation, licensed software, configuration and hours of classroom training for academy personnel. The hours of classroom training is designed to prepare the academy students for police-based information technology work.

All software applications are designed exclusively by MayIntell Technologies and incorporates the customized use of English and Khmer Unicode 2.0 text.

Proposal for the Cambodian National ID Card as Voter ID Card

Mayintell Technology Co., Ltd. has recently put forward for review a proposal for a Cambodian National Database with a model Cambodian National ID Card to the Ministry of Interior in Phnom Penh and the UNDP.

The project proposal uses a software designed by MayIntell Technology to organize from scratch a database that will have over 12 million folders that may in the future contain 5-6 sub files each. The database software was designed with the future in mind for Cambodia's need for an expanded database.

The program runs in English and is able to accept Khmer Unicode 2.0 as foreign script characters. It features drop-down English and Khmer field codes which features the geographic and administrative divisions of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Included in the proposal is the National ID Card as Voter ID Initiative. Employing technology is the only way to ensure security and accuracy in a world that refuses to change their practice. Even as the world decides to stay with outdated practices and protocols, it is always those that use technology and adapt it to their needs that are able to gain ground for themselves.

Mayintell Technologies Co., Ltd. has just released the Cambo-Clock Version 2.50 updating from its 2010 version 2.0 release.

This latest Cambo-Clock version features the addition of fingerprint recognition. The new version is more able to monitor employee hours and help manage payrolls according to actual hours logged by employees. It can log-in from a remote location where employees cannot be watched.

Cambo-Clock 2.5 uses the Digital Persona U.are.U 45000 Fingerprint Scanner hardware to identify each employee according to their own fingeprint . This eliminates the more than usual practice of punching in absent employees by co-workers.
